The iron wars upgrade#
Obviously, not many crucial details can be revealed at this stage but Cheadle teased that Rhodey is due for an upgrade to his suit and tech he’s worn since Iron Man 2 while he copes and moves on personally: He said that he was “pretty sure” that the “death of Tony Stark” would “play a role in the series.”
He explained on BroBible’s Post-Credit Podcast the absence of Rhodes’ friend will have some kind of impact on him in the upcoming Armor Wars show as he flies solo and he evolves into more of a superhero. Viewers of WandaVisionalready see evidence that this is the case but War Machine/James Rhodes actor Don Cheadle is saying the greater ramifications of Stark’s heroic death will kick into overdrive soon.
